RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We have a 90-day Sassy Seagull Promise, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 90 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items (if opened or unsealed)
- Gift cards
Sale items can be returned within the applicable cooling-off period in accordance with UK and EU consumer rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot guarantee that replacement items will remain in stock during the return process. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item while initiating your return to ensure availability.
United Kingdom 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you exercise your right to cancel, we will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return postage. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
